A Letter of Authority is written permission from our clients to contact suppliers on their behalf, obtain prices and manage their utility accounts.
It does not allow us to agree contracts on our client's behalf, is only valid for twelve months and can be withdrawn by our clients at any time.

We do not charge for our initial 'health-check' service and provide no obligation renewal quotes completely free of charge.
If you agree with our recommendations and choose to sign a supply contract, a commission uplift is included within your price.
To align with OFGEM's commission disclosure requirements, this is highlighted on the supply contract and supporting documents.

All the information required to conduct our health-checks and price your supply is included within your existing utility bill, the more recent the utility bill, the better it is for us to offer fair advice.

The time it takes to tender a renewal can vary dependant on the type of supply and the responsiveness of your existing supplier.
Some quotes can be turned round in 48 hours whereas larger (half hourly) electricity supplies could be up to a week as we need to obtain pricing data from your supplier.

In most cases, yes. We tender with the majority of the UK's leading energy providers however, they all specialise in different products for different customers.
Factors such as credit rating, 'small', 'micro' or 'non-micro' business classification and payment methods will determine the product most suited to your business.

Yes, we will contact you between four and six months away from your renewal date to update our LOA and approach the market for renewal prices.

In short, no. Your contract is with the energy supplier. We are a third part intermediary with authority to act on your behalf.
Utility bills will still be sent from the energy provider by post/email as normal but we are on hand to support you with any queries throughout the contract term.

Moving out of your business premise will break your supply contract with no penalty.
Whether the utilities are moving back to the landlord's responsibility or a new tenant is taking over, we will work with you to submit a change of tenancy and ensure you are only billed up to the date you move out.

As part of our health-check we will analyse a recent invoice from your current supplier to ensure all elements of the bill are correct. From the rates you pay, the amount of VAT, meter reads and all elements that make up your monthly/quarterly invoice.
We also offer a comprehensive bill validation service to check and verify your first invoice under contract with your new provider and are on hand to check any invoices you are unsure of throughout your contract term.
